About the builder

Phillip Miller

With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I am confident that I can deliver a product that fulfills your idea of a dream home. I have worn the many tool belts of the various tradesmen it takes to complete the skilled tasks in most construction phases. Managing multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects as well. My passion in construction

began back in the 1990’s framing homes in Colorado. I have been a part of exceptionally large custom home builds in exclusive neighborhoods of the Denver Metro area; to include the Parade of Homes. I have worked my way through residential projects and then transitioned to commercial construction in 2008 due to the housing market. I earned my Construction Management and Professional Project Management during that time. I will always value the knowledge and skills I gained from the commercial construction world but, my heart is and always has been in custom homes.

I moved to Rains County in 2016 and continued my building career alongside my uncle who is an elite custom home builder here in Texas. I pride myself on being very responsive, honest, and available throughout each build. Each project deserves integrity with no project being too small or too large. I am here to help guide clients through the process of building your dream home, second home, lake home or remodeling a home you already love. With a proven process, my team and I can deliver your dreams from design to reality.

God Bless
